“The goal has always been to redefine creative and digital culture, one project at a time. It all begins with an idea and believing a destination exists on the other side of that vision.”

Dimplez is a Nigerian-American music executive and strategic marketing leader based in Los Angeles, CA. She currently serves as Partner & Head of Music & Strategy at Beauty Marks Entertainment, where she leads Ciara's music and brand strategy at a pivotal moment in the artist's career — overseeing high-impact cultural moments, integrated release strategy, and cross-platform campaigns that are re-energizing one of music's most iconic figures for a new era. In this role, she directs cross-functional collaboration across labels, DSPs, creative teams, and brand partners, translating vision into scalable execution and sustained audience growth.

She also leads marketing strategy for global icon Akon, supporting worldwide touring, rollout strategy, and fan engagement initiatives that bridge legacy, innovation, and modern digital culture.

Previously, Dimplez served as Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing & Content Development at Capitol Music Group, where she directed digital marketing and content strategy across Capitol Records, Motown Records, and the company's broader label ecosystem — leading a 24-person team and reporting directly to the President and CEO. During one of the most transformative eras in the music industry, she helped shape the cultural launches and digital narratives of Doechii, Ice Spice, Sam Smith, Niall Horan, Troye Sivan, and Offset, while building internal influencer and audience development models that modernized go-to-market strategy across the organization. She also spearheaded an internal influencer marketing agency initiative in partnership with Universal Music Group's Global Brand Division, generating over $500,000 in revenue within six months.

In 2009, Dimplez founded IJEOMA — first as a talent management practice, later expanding into a full-service marketing consultancy built to support artists, executives, and brands through moments of transition, reinvention, and growth. Her management roster has included Ciara, Tyrese, Tyra Banks, Rich Homie Quan, Diggy Simmons, Karen Civil, and more. Her consulting client portfolio spans DJ Premier, GoldLink, Brittany Howard, YG, Kamaiyah, Lee Daniels, and beyond. Through this work, she contributed to the first posthumous Gang Starr release and supported the development of RCA Records' emerging roster, including Flo Milli, Tone Stith, Maxo Kream, and Nnena.

Trusted as an extension of leadership teams across labels, brands, and management, Dimplez operates at the intersection of culture, data, and storytelling — building campaigns and strategies that drive relevance, longevity, and measurable impact across music, media, and global entertainment.
